DELIVERY & SHIPPING INFO
For custom made hats, please allow 2-3 weeks. Full payment in advance is necessary for all custom & wholesale orders. Custom made hats are non-refundable, non-returnable. But please contact me if you have any problems with your order, so I can fix it.
For purchasing ready-to-go hats, allow 3-5 days shipping processing. Once the hat has shipped I will e-mail you a tracking number for your convenience.
For ready-to-go hats I accept exchanges, but not returns or cancellations. Just contact me within 3 days after delivery. Ship items back to me within 7 days of delivery.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your hat, please contact me so we can discuss how to make it your favorite hat.
Custom made hats can not be exchanged, however you can return it and we can adjust the hat to your liking.
Ready-to-go hats can be exchanged, you pay for all shipping, and the difference in price.
Wholesale hats are not returnable.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
